The purpose is to determine whether you are the right candidate for the cooperation you are interested in and apply, and for the future contract negotiation/preparation stage.

– Verification: Conducting reference and background checks (where applicable).
– Communication: Communicating with you, including but not limited to sending SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, or phone calls regarding the recruitment process and/or your application(s). This may also include informing you of other potential opportunities at Pharmbills.
– Process Improvement: Enhancing our application, recruitment, and other related processes.
– Research: Proactively researching your educational and professional background and contacting you if suitable roles arise for cooperation.
3. Information Sharing
Your information may be shared with:
– Pharmbills representatives, our clients, and partners for whom your candidacy is considered relevant, in relation to the purposes described above.
– Service providers acting on Pharmbills’ behalf to perform some of the services described above, including for verification/background checks (if required). These service providers may be located outside the country in which you live or the country where the role you have applied for is located.
It is your responsibility to obtain consent from referees before providing their personal information to Pharmbills, and consent for contacting them by Pharmbills as part of the application and/or recruitment process and other activities (where applicable).
4. Data Retention
Pharmbills will retain your information as long as necessary for future opportunities, to improve our recruitment and other related processes.If you do not want us to retain your data, you can request deletion by contacting us at: recruitment@pharmbills.com
5. Your rights in respect of your information
You have the right to:
– Access, update, or review your information.
– Request the deletion of your information.
– Object to or restrict the use of your information for certain purposes.
