Government-Issued Identification and Legal Documents (where required): National ID, taxidentification number (TIN), residence permit, or other official documents, if necessary foridentity verification or contractual/legal compliance.

The purpose is to determine whether you are the right candidate for the cooperation you areinterested in and apply, and for the future contract negotiation/preparation stage.

Assessment: Evaluating your skills, qualifications, and interests in relation to our cooperationopportunities.

Verification: Conducting reference and background checks (where applicable).

Communication: Communicating with you, that includes but not limited to sending SMS, WhatsApp messages, e-mail, phone calls, regarding the recruitment process and/or yourapplication(s), including, when appropriate, informing you of other potential opportunities at Pharmbills.

Process Improvement: Enhancing our application, recruitment and other related processes.

Research: Proactively researching your educational and professional background and contactingyou if suitable roles arise for cooperation.

3. Information Sharing

Your information may be shared with:

Pharmbills representaive, our clients, partners for which your candidacy considered as relevant,in relation to the purposes described above.

Pharmbills may also use service providers acting on Pharmbills’ behalf to perform some of theservices described above including for the purposes of the verification / background checks (ifrequired). These service providers may be located outside the country in which you live or thecountry where the role you have applied for is located.

It is your responsibility to obtain consent from referees before providing their personalinformation to Pharmbills and consent for contacting them by Pharmbills as part of applicationand/or recruitment process and other activities (where applicable).

4. Data Retention

Pharmbills will retain your information as long as necessary for future opportunities, to improveour recruitment and other related processes. If you do not want us to retain your data you canrequest deletion by contacting us at recruitment@pharmbills.com .

5. Your rights in respect of your information

You have the right to:
Access, update, or review your information.
Request the deletion of your information.
Object to or restrict the use of your information for certain purposes.
