As a Senior Finance Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy and operational efficiency that supports clients' rapidly growing business. 👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements.
✔️ Managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
✔️ Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
✔️ Preparing journal entries and supporting documentation.
✔️ Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
✔️ Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
✔️ Supporting internal and external audits.
✔️ Analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to management.
✔️ Overseeing junior accounting staff when applicable.
✔️ Improving accounting processes and internal controls.
✔️ Coordinating with other departments regarding financial reporting needs.
✔️ Assisting with tax preparation and regulatory filings when required.
✔️ Managing Accounts Receivable and Billing operations for 3,000+ clients with the billing team.
✔️ Supporting Accounts Payable and payment processing with the AP team.
✔️ Assisting with other finance-related initiatives and projects as needed.
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in American corporate or public accounting.
✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
✅ Experience with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks Online, or similar).
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

➕ CPA or CPA candidate.
➕ Experience supporting financial audits.
➕ Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff.
