What You’ll Do

• Analyze accounts to identify underpayments, denials, and missed charges.
• Prepare and submit appeals, claim corrections, and follow-ups with payers and clearinghouses.
• Reconcile payments, post adjustments, and ensure accurate account records.
• Communicate with payer representatives and, when required, with patients to clarify balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Track recovery metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce future revenue leakage.
• Use CRM, billing systems, and Excel to document actions and maintain clear audit trails.

‍What You Bring / What You’ll Need

• Prior experience in revenue recovery, claims follow-up, denials management, or collections (healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus).
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Technical comfort with Microsoft Excel and experience with EHR/billing/CRM software or clearinghouse platforms.
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
• Problem-solving attitude and persistence to drive complex recoveries to resolution.
