As a Purchasing Representative, you’ll serve as the bridge between U.S. healthcare facilities and vendors, ensuring medical supplies, equipment, and essential goods are purchased efficiently and delivered on time. You’ll manage purchase orders, track deliveries, verify invoices, and maintain vendor relationships—all while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Reviewing and approving Purchase Orders (POs) through the On.Care (Procurement Partners) system
✔️ Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with facility managers to prevent shortages
✔️ Ensuring timely delivery of goods and resolving order discrepancies
✔️ Working closely with Accounts Payable to verify invoices and resolve billing issues
✔️ Adding and maintaining accurate pricing information in On.Care
✔️ Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and budget requirements
✔️ Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
✔️ Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
✔️ Assisting with procurement reporting and data analysis
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
✅ Basic Excel knowledge (preferred)
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
