As an Operations Support Specialist (Excel-focused), you’ll play a key role in supporting Enrollment and Operations processes. From onboarding members and agents to assisting with commission reporting, your attention to detail will help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
Member Enrollment
✔️ Enrolling individual members who pay via credit card or ACH.
✔️ Ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
Agent Onboarding
✔️ Adding new agents into Salesforce.
✔️ Setting up free trials and Partner Test Drive enrollments.
✔️ Uploading and organizing agent documentation within the system.
Small Group Enrollment
✔️ Managing enrollments for small groups (3–25 members).
✔️ Coordinating with agents and internal teams to ensure accurate group setup.
Employee Navigator Integration
✔️ Supporting Salesforce and Employee Navigator integration.
✔️ Maintaining data consistency and assisting with troubleshooting sync issues.
Commission Processing Support
✔️ Performing quality checks on commission reports.
✔️ Pulling and revising commission reports as needed.
✔️ Creating manual commission statements (currently three active statements).
✔️ Entering individual commission payments manually (approx. 50 out of 400 entries).
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data validation, data cleanup).
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
✅ Experience with operational, enrollment, or administrative processes is a plus.
✅ Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher) – written and verbal.
✅ A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
