👤 What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
✔️ Guide trainees through medical billing processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
✔️ Evaluate learning progress through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback sessions.
✔️ Coach and support employees to build confidence and ensure knowledge retention.
✔️ Collaborate with Operations leaders to identify training needs and improve learning programs.
✔️ Keep training materials, SOPs, and documentation up to date.
✔️ Track training results and maintain attendance and performance records.
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ At least 6 months of experience in Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, Claims, or a related healthcare revenue cycle role.
✅ Experience delivering virtual training or coaching others is highly preferred.
✅ Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Confidence working with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
✅ A proactive mindset and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
✅ Passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
