As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you’ll support and execute core marketing initiatives that fuel Pharmbills’ lead pipeline. Your work will span marketing collateral, website optimization, event campaigns, cold outreach preparation, partnerships, and affiliate programs.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and Sales to turn structured data, campaigns, and partnerships into qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with repeatable, high-precision tasks.

👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Marketing Collateral & Design
Collaborating with the Marketing team on design tasks and presentation preparation
Briefing and coordinating designers on print materials
Managing production with subcontractors
Supporting development of corporate merchandise from concept to delivery
✔️ Website & Landing Pages
Supporting optimization of website pages and landing pages for conversion
Coordinating with copywriters on messaging, structure, and testing
✔️ Event Campaign Management
Identifying relevant events, conferences, and activations
Building supporting marketing infrastructure (emails, landing pages, data flows)
Managing execution before, during, and after events
Ensuring proper collection and handoff of qualified leads (MQLs) to Sales
✔️ Cold Outreach Preparation
Researching companies and decision-makers based on ICP criteria from Sales & Marketing
Using tools such as Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find, verify, and enrich contact data (titles, emails, phone numbers, company size, tech stack)
Maintaining a clean and accurate contact database with a bounce rate of 1–5%
✔️ Marketing Partnerships
Identifying, launching, and managing 3–5 new partnerships per month (media, influencers, data providers, affiliates, communities, events)
Supporting negotiations, tracking performance, and reporting results
Strengthening brand awareness in priority markets while delivering qualified leads
✔️ Affiliate Program
Supporting rollout and ongoing management of affiliate partners
Tracking performance, surfacing insights, and suggesting optimizations
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, or similar contact research/enrichment tools
✅ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas)
✅ Exceptional attention to detail — you notice a wrong digit in a 10-digit phone number
✅ Comfort with repetitive, high-precision tasks; data hygiene is your superpower
✅ Structured, process-driven approach to work
✅ Strong written and spoken English (B2+ preferred)
💻 Environment & Setup:
This is a fully remote role for Ukraine-based candidates. You’ll collaborate via email, phone, and video with international teams. A quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a dependable computer are required. Occasional overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) is expected for coordination.
