This role fuels Pharmbills’ lead pipeline through high-impact partnerships, targeted outreach, affiliate programs, and event activation. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to convert research and campaign activity into qualified leads and measurable results. Precision, repeatability, and strong process ownership are key — when contact data is clean and partnerships perform, pipeline quality improves dramatically.

👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Conducting contact research and enriching prospect databases to match ICP criteria (titles, emails, phones, company size, tech stack)
✔️ Using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to source and verify high-quality contacts
✔️ Maintaining data hygiene to keep bounce rates at 1–5% and ensure accurate segmentation
✔️ Identifying, launching, and onboarding 3–5 new marketing partnerships per month (media, influencers, affiliates, communities, events)
✔️ Negotiating partner terms, setting up tracking, and reporting on partner performance and ROI
✔️ Sourcing contacts and supporting B2B and B2C email campaigns and automation journeys in collaboration with content and design teams
✔️ Assisting implementation and ongoing management of affiliate partners; tracking conversions and optimizing ROI
✔️ Scouting relevant events (career fairs, meetups, conferences), building supporting campaign infrastructure (emails, landing pages, data flows), and collecting qualified leads (MQLs) before, during, and after activations
✔️ Delivering clean handoffs of leads to Sales and maintaining clear performance dashboards and notes
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Proven experience with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales-intelligence platforms
✅ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
✅ Exceptional attention to detail — you catch a wrong digit in a 10-digit phone number
✅ Comfort with repetitive, high-precision tasks and strong process discipline (data hygiene is your superpower)
✅ Familiarity with email campaign tools and basic CRM processes (setting up segments, tagging, and handoff flows)
✅ Experience with affiliate tracking and basic performance optimization (advantageous)
✅ Strong written and spoken English (B2+), plus clear communication with cross-border teams
✅ Professional, structured approach to task management and documentation
💻 Environment & Setup:
This role is remote for Ukraine-based candidates. Primary communication channels include phone, email, and video. A quiet, distraction-free environment, reliable high-speed internet, and a dependable computer are required. Ability to provide overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) for meetings and campaign coordination is expected on occasion.
