What's This Opportunity About?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to support operational processes across Finance, IT, and Compliance teams.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate onboarding and system access for new Finance team members
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for system access, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Manage compliance documentation and insurance-related records
- Coordinate special projects, including patient account closures and unclaimed funds processing
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and smooth cross-functional collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating IT-related requests, system access, or onboarding activities is highly preferred
- Experience coordinating processes, documentation, onboarding, or cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable working with multiple systems, portals, and software platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, and Compliance teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating onboarding activities and system access for new employees
- Familiarity with documentation management, compliance processes, or record-keeping
- Previous experience in healthcare, finance operations, administrative coordination, or project coordination environments
