About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support medical records processing and insurance prepayment reviews. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with structured, repetitive work and can follow detailed requirements with a high level of accuracy.
What you’ll do:
- Pull medical records and patient documentation from KIPU EMR
- Review records against insurance requirements and checklists
- Ensure all required documents are included
- Prepare cover letters and tables of contents
- Follow formatting, pagination, and document-numbering requirements
- Organize and archive finalized record packets
- Maintain accuracy to help prevent documentation-related claim denials
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow clear instructions and established processes
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with KIPU, EMR systems, or healthcare tools is a plus
- Healthcare or medical records experience is an advantage
