👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Reviewing and processing healthcare insurance claims to ensure compliance with regulations.

✔️ Investigating discrepancies and claim denials, cooperating with providers and insurance companies to resolve issues.

✔️ Keeping detailed records of all claim activities, including payments, follow-ups, and communications.

✔️ Handling denied claims, identifying causes, and assisting with resubmissions or appeals.

✔️ Generating reports on claims status and trends to help improve accuracy and efficiency.

✔️ Coordinating with U.S.-based healthcare teams to streamline claim processes.

📚 What You Bring to the Table:
