👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Managing financial transactions and ensuring records are always up to date.

✔️ Handling calls and emails with insurance companies to provide account updates and resolve queries.

✔️ Processing and verifying billing and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

✔️ Maintaining precise financial records and verifying insurance and account details.

✔️ Preparing monthly reports for internal teams and clients.

✔️ Supporting audits by organizing records and providing necessary documentation.

✔️ Ensuring compliance with data security policies and maintaining strict confidentiality.

📚 What You Bring to the Table:

✅ Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance.

✅ Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

✅ Sharp attention to detail – accuracy is everything in bookkeeping.

✅ Clear, professional communication in English (B2+ level).

✅ Ability to operate independently and adapt to changing priorities.
