As a Bank Reconciliation Representative, you’ll ensure that financial records align with bank statements across multiple accounts. You’ll investigate discrepancies, post missing transactions, and keep everything accurate and up to date.

👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Performing weekly, monthly, and annual bank reconciliations for assigned accounts
✔️ Identifying and posting missing charges in coordination with relevant teams
✔️ Communicating daily with supervisors and teams regarding missing transactions
✔️ Keeping internal tracking boards updated with accurate account and client information
✔️ Escalating problematic or complex accounts
✔️ Downloading or requesting bank statements as needed
✔️ Ensuring all assigned accounts are current and reconciled on time
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Fluency in Ukrainian and English on B1 and higher
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
✅ Independence and accountability
✅ Patience and persistence when resolving discrepancies
✅ Strong organizational skills and structured thinking
✅ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
✅ Familiarity with Excel and Adobe is a plus
✅ Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
✅ Assertiveness when following up on missing information
